Detailed Product Description
HY-868 is professional for three-dimensional spiral spun polyester fiber before and after the finishing agent. It has a good cluster and hold together,and antistatic property,softness and flexibility. Applicable to non-silicon and silicon production is currently the special agent leading polyester staple, is an ideal substitude for imported oil products.
1. Physicochemical characters:
Appearance : light yellowish liquid (be mushy in winter)
Solid content : 60%±2
PH : 5-8
Ionicity : weak cation
Dissolubility : It can be mixed with water
2. Method of Application:
Pre-spinning : 0.5%-1%
Post spinning : 1%-2%
3. NOTICE
(1) Valid period : Within 12 months
(2) The quantity of using it can be adjusted according to users technique and craft.
(3) This product can not be used with any anion finishing oil together.
(4) This product may be mushy at minus 18 degree, with the same effect as ever after being churned.
